Jordan Mikhal is a Pittsburgh-born and based fashion designer and visual artist. An alumna of the School of Fashion at Kent State University and a 2021 Virgil Abloh Post-Modern Scholar, designer, and owner of her fashion brand A Loved 1. Her interests lie in fiber arts, crafts, and pattern design. She has collaborated with brands such as Eric Emanuel and Tommy Bahama to create vibrant designs that infuse these interests. Jordan is inspired by the pop art movement of the 1960s and 1970s, psychedelia, and the African Diaspora. Her works aim to evoke joy, educate, and inspire anyone who may come across them.
